The questions we are actually asked.
Answered honestly, including where the answer is no.
No. A consultancy advises and leaves. We build systems that remain after we go, and we train the people who run them. Advice is part of the work rather than the product.
Yes. The company holds no party. We may be engaged by any party, candidate or office holder where there is no contractual conflict, and personal political preference never enters professional work.
Not while we are working for you in the same contest. Exclusivity for the duration is written into every contract and published as a policy.
No. Most of our value sits in the other six stages of the political cycle: the preparation, the transition, the governing and the citizen engagement between elections.
You do. All documents, source files, data, accounts and access belong to the client and are handed over at the end of an engagement.
No. We build the machine and train your people to run it. Political decisions remain entirely with you and your own structures.
Then we strengthen it. We work through existing structures rather than around them, and a good engagement leaves your own team stronger.
Only with written permission, case by case. Confidentiality is the default and it survives the end of an engagement.
It depends entirely on scope, and we quote after a short paid assessment. We do not publish rate cards, because a rate card either overcharges the small client or undercharges the complex one.
No, and any firm that says otherwise is selling something we would not. We can guarantee the quality of what we build and the honesty of what we report.
Fabricate research, create fake support, produce deceptive material, break the law, work both sides of a contest, or attack an opponent's private life. The full list is published in our standards.
Yes, within lawful procurement, on public communication, citizen engagement and delivery reporting.
A short assessment can usually begin within two weeks. Larger builds require mobilisation time, and we would rather say so than promise a start date we cannot keep.
You keep everything: systems, documents, data, accounts and trained people. We remain available, and most clients return.
Ready to build something that lasts?
Every engagement begins with a short conversation about what you are trying to achieve and what already exists.
