Privacy Policy

We collect personal data only where a stated purpose requires it, hold it securely, use it within that purpose and delete it on schedule. If you send an enquiry, we use your details to respond to it and for nothing else.

We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Client data belongs to the client and is returned in a usable form at the end of an engagement. You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@itesiwaju.org.

Terms of Use

Content on this platform is published for information. Our published research and frameworks may be quoted and cited with attribution. Our brand marks may be reproduced in editorial coverage without alteration, and may not be used to imply endorsement.

Where a page names a client or partner, it is published with written consent. Where work is shown anonymised, it is because consent covers the engagement but not disclosure.

Cookie Policy

This platform uses the minimum cookies required to function, and privacy respecting measurement of what we genuinely act on. There is no advertising tracking, no cross site profiling and no data sold to anybody. Non essential measurement requires your explicit consent, never pre-ticked and never bundled with anything else.

Accessibility Statement

This platform is built to meet recognised international accessibility guidelines at the AA level. Accessibility is designed in from the first design token rather than added before launch: colour contrast, keyboard operation, focus indicators, alternative text, correct heading structure, landmark regions and respect for reduced motion preferences.

We test with automated checks on every build, keyboard walkthroughs on every new template, screen reader checks quarterly, and user testing with disabled users before launch and annually thereafter.

We do not claim perfection. Where something falls short we would rather know. Write to hello@itesiwaju.org describing the problem and the page, and we will respond within two working days.

Corporate Ethics

We will not fabricate research findings, invent figures, create fake accounts or manufactured support, produce material designed to deceive the public, undertake unlawful work, serve two parties in the same election, or attack an opponent's person, family or private life.

Where a client requests any of these, we decline in writing, explain why, offer a lawful alternative where one exists, and record it. These refusals cost the company money. That cost is budgeted for.
